CleanTech Lithium Lodges Prospectus for Dual-Listing
Company Intends to Raise Minimum of A$15 Million for Growth and Expansion
CleanTech Lithium has initiated the process for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and dual-listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) by lodging its prospectus and announcing a potential fundraise of up to A$20 million.
The company intends to raise a minimum of A$15 million through the public offering. The funds raised are expected to support CleanTech Lithium's growth and expansion plans, including the development and operation of its lithium projects.
"This is a significant milestone for CleanTech Lithium," said Dr Steve Kesler, Executive Chairman of the company. "The proposed dual-listing on the ASX will provide us with access to a broader pool of investors and position us for future growth and success."
CleanTech Lithium is a leading clean technology company focused on the exploration and development of lithium projects. The company has a portfolio of lithium projects in Argentina and Australia, with a particular emphasis on the Salar de Olaroz lithium brine project in Argentina.
